Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: I would like to have stopped more often at places of historic and national interest.

What were your favorite places? Hue , Mai Chau

Accommodation: : Good and more than sufficient. Home stay people in Mai Chau were fantastic! Nhat Tan hotel in Khe Sanh good but staff not trustworthy. I carried my staff out all the time.

Food: Good quality. Sufficient quantity.

Any other comments? Beats tour buses hands down? Great to spend a week without seeing another tourist. Just shows what others are missing.
