Mr. Cuong (the most famous in the whole Hanoi region) now has two workshops. He can fix everything. He sells the best second-hand Minsks. His team is the most competent in Vietnam. In Hanoi he is at 1 Luong Ngoc Quyen street in the Old Quarter (right cross the street from our office), ++ 84 4 9261534. In this office he only rents Minsks and provides simple repairs. He just opened a big workshop at Alley 123 Vinh Tuy cement factory (near Vinh Tuy pool), ++ 84 4 6335465, where he provides full repair services. Mr Cuong has Russian side car for sale at $5.000. They are Ural 650 made in 1980s.
