Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: Travel time and stops were good meaning ample time for photo's and interactions with locals.
What were your favorite places? All so good, do not have any one points as favourite but meeting locals especially children in all the remote areas will be with me for ever.
Accommodation: Homestays great but some others not so good. No air-con/ hot water in one guest house – dissappointing but didn't detract from the whole experience.
Food: Enormous.
The organization - Guide services: Great attitude – always helpfull. What he didn't know – he found out.
The price: I felt our tour was great value.

Others: Had to buy boots as no boots/gloves left.
I understand reasons for using the old Russian bikes and some might say they add to the experience. But I felt riding compfort & ease could be improved by using 4 strokes( less smoke for last ride & locals). A lot of locals expressed their dislike or the smokes when passing, 4 strokes would help considerably in steep/rough road and also in traffic. Less experiences might find your bikes more difficult to ride in some stances.
