Accommodation: Great always. We preferred houses. Halong Hotel could have been a bit better.
Food: Always very very good quality and quantity. Chi was precious to help us choosing the best.
The organization - Guide services: Chi was always smiling and positive. Very professional. Great help to understand Vietnam.
The price: was hard when we paid at the beginning, but after the tour we think is fine. Maybe the boat has been a bit too much (but the food and the crew were great).
Other comments: Chi was a great guy under all aspects. We were very lucky to have him as aguide.
