Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: That would be good if we can stop at nice natural places (not only at restaurants or cafes).

What were your favourite places?: Road from Nguyen Binh to Ba Be lake was very beautiful & pretty.

Accommodation: Since we had to stay at Nguyen Binh, the place we stayed was not clean, nice at all. For emergency cases, it would be nice to find nicer places there.

Food: Sufficient quantity. The quantity was always fine, but the quality was not good. For me there was too much meat. I prefer better breakfast…

The organization - Guide services: Excellent attitude. Very helpful, nice, good personality, enjoyable. Excellent knowledge. Both Dat & Hung were helpful & fluent in English.

The price: It would be nice to have a further discount. It may be good if customer pay accommodation, food & less tour fee.
