Mr HAWKINS Tony (Two people, July 30th - August 1st, Big North loop of Vietnam, Motorbike)Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: The amount of travel was suitable but at times I found the stops too often & too long in some cases.
What were your favorite places? I enjoyed all peaces away from the hustle & bustles of city life. I found Sapa just another tourist spot.
Transportation: Motorcycle - the bike amazed me with its capacity to do the job - better than expected.
Accommodation: Definitely prefer homestays - feel that some of the hotels could have been down graded to cheaper accommodation without loss of comfort to everyone's homestay gain. Saving could be spent on food throughout the day.
Food: Sufficient quantity. Great at homestays - average at hotels. Better to eat out of large hotel accommodation.
The organization - Guide services: Good attitude. Excellent knowledge. Good language. The guide was well informed & there was never a feeling of being lost. I think there is always room for a communication improvement on a daily basis to maintain a client's satisfaction to the daily happening.
The price: The value for money would have been more acceptable to myself if there had been 4 people in the group but travelling with 2 would be my choice.

Others: The trip & scenery were outstanding, I could not imagine anyone being disappointed & could enthusiastically recommend the tour to anyone I know.
