Reservation

Deposit for a motorcycle ride

Deposit for a motorcycle ride

• To reserve our traditional tours, it is necessary to send 30% of the total price to our bank account at least one month before the date of departure.
• To reserve our special tours, it is necessary to send at least 50% of the total price to our bank account two months before the date of departure.
• The client is responsible for any bank charges.
• The balance must be paid before the departure.

Cancellation

Traditional tours

• 30% of the total price will be retained for any cancellation within two weeks of the date of departure.
• 50% of the total price will be retained for any cancellation within seven days of the date of departure.
• No refund will be given in the event of cancellation during the tour.

Special tours
Tours which requires specific logistics
→ Long tours (14 days+)
→ Tours with options (customized)

• 50% of the total price will be retained for any cancellation within one month of the date of departure.
• No refund will be given in the event of cancellation during the tour.
→ In all cases, our bank charges will be deducted from the refund plus 100 USD for tour preparation fees.
→ The local exchange rate is applied (price in USD)
• In the event of cancellation of one or several people, refunds will be made according to the clauses defined by Voyage Vietnam.
→ The remaining price for the participants will have to be re-evaluated depending on the number of remaining participants.
→ Furthermore, if additional participants join the original group number, the total price will be re-evaluated.
• Should one (or several) people leave the tour once it has commenced, all logistical expenses (telephone, insurance, transport, etc) will be charged to the departing participants.

It is your responsibility to ask your bank how much they charge to convert into United States Dollars (USD) and/or transfer fee and if they have to go through a third bank (usually through a bank in U.S.A. like Bank of New York or Bank of America) before Vietcombank. Some of our customers were double charged without notice!

Insurance

• Our tours do not include personal insurance.
• Each participant must have individual repatriation insurance and provide information of the nearest representative office to Vietnam which we can contact in case of emergency.
• We ask each participant in our tours to sign a disclaimer stipulating that he/she contract personal insurance and that Voyage Vietnam will not, in any circumstances, have to assume the responsibility or the expenses caused in the event of accident or disease. Any expenses incurred by Voyage Vietnam in such circumstances will have to be reimbursed.
