Réservation

Depot pour un circuit a moto au vietnam

• Pour nos tours traditionnels, il faut verser 30 % du tarif total sur notre compte bancaire au minimum 1 mois avant le début du voyage.
• Pour nos tours spéciaux, il faut verser 50 % du tarif total sur notre compte bancaire au minimum 2 mois avant le début du voyage.
• La somme prise en compte sera le montant net versé sur notre compte bancaire. Tous les frais de transfert sont à la charge du client.
• Le restant devra être payé avant le départ de voyage.

Frais d'annulation

Tours traditionnels

• 30% appliqué au tarif total pour toute annulation 15 jours avant la date de début du voyage.
• 50% appliqué au tarif total pour toute annulation 7 jours avant la date de début du voyage.
• Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas d'annulation pendant le séjour.

Tours spéciaux
Séjour qui nécessite une logistique particulière.
→ longue durée (+ de 15 jours)
→ circuits à options le long des parcours

• 50% appliqué au tarif total pour toute annulation 1 mois avant la date de début du voyage.
• Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas d'annulation pendant le séjour.
→ Dans tous les cas, les frais bancaires seront déduits des remboursements plus 80 Euro sur le frais de dossier
→ La parité locale sera appliquée pour les taux de change (prix en Euro)
• En cas d’annulation d’une ou de plusieurs personnes, cette ou ces personnes sera (ont) remboursée(s) suivant les clauses définies par la Compagnie Voyage Vietnam.
→ Le tarif des participants restant devra être réévalué suivant le nombre de participant restant.
→ Dans le cas contraire, si des nouveaux viennent s’ajouter aux premiers, le tarif total sera également réévalué.
• Pour le cas où une (ou plusieurs) personne quitterait(ent) le tour en cours de séjour, tous les frais éventuels de logistique (tel, transports, guide...) seront à la charge de cette (ces) personne (s).

Avant d'exécuter votre virement à notre compte bancaire, veuillez demander à votre banque combien se coute le change de votre monnaie en dollars américain (USD) ainsi que le frais de transfert et s'ils doivent passer par une troisième banque (habituellement par une banque américaine comme Bank of New York ou Bank of America) avant Vietcombank (notre banque). Certains de nos clients étaient obligés de payer le double sans avertissement de leur banque !

Assurance

• Nos séjours n’incluent pas d’assurance personnelle.
• Chacun des participants devra s’être muni d’une assurance individuelle rapatriement et s’être renseigné quant au bureau de représentation le plus proche du Vietnam que nous pourrons éventuellement contacter pour déclencher les secours.
• Nous demandons à chacun des participants à nos séjours de signer une décharge stipulant qu’il (elle) a bien contracté une assurance personnelle et que la Compagnie Voyage Vietnam n’aura en aucun cas à assumer la responsabilité ni les frais occasionnés en cas d’accident ou de maladie. Les éventuels frais d’assistance à personne en danger, engagés par la Compagnie Voyage Vietnam devront être remboursés 100%.
• Il est possible d'obtenir une (des) assurance (s) sur place à Hanoi (Compagnie Grass Savoye) par l'intermédiaire de Voyage Vietnam.
