Terms & Condition
To reserve our tours, it is necessary to send 50% of the total price to our bank account at least 2 months before the date of departure. The balance must be paid before the departure.
It’s is your responsible for any bank charges.
50% of the total price will be retained for any cancellation within two weeks of the date of departure.
70% of the total price will be retained for any cancellation within seven days of the date of departure.
No refund will be given in the event of cancellation during the tour.
In all cases, our bank charges will be deducted from the refund plus 500 USD for tour preparation fees.
The local exchange rate is applied (price in USD)
In the event of cancellation of one or several people, refunds will be made according to the clauses defined by MotoTours Asia. The remaining price for the participants will have to be re-evaluated depending on the number of remaining participants.
Furthermore, if additional participants join the original group number, the total price will be re-evaluated.
Should one (or several) people leave the tour once it has commenced, all logistical expenses (telephone, insurance, transport, etc) will be charged to the departing participants.
